1. Core Functions and Environment
Talk Talk is a native application built specifically for macOS, providing efficient speech-to-text services. Its core features include:
- Local Engine: By default, it calls system-native interfaces for voice analysis and does not force reliance on a network connection.
- Personalized Correction: Supports importing lexicons to improve the hit rate of specific terminology.
- Automated Pasting: Requires "Accessibility" authorization to enable one-click text entry into third-party applications.
2. User Code of Conduct
- You must ensure that the content recorded or translated using this software complies with legal guidelines and is not used to infringe upon the legitimate rights of others.
- Cracking, disassembling, reverse engineering, or attempting to obtain the source code of any part of the service is prohibited.
- Selling the service without explicit authorization, or purchasing the service from unauthorized sellers, is prohibited.
- Recording or transcribing the voices of others without their consent is prohibited.
3. Translation and External Interfaces
The application integrates Google Translate services for its text translation features.
- Manual Trigger: Relevant text is sent to Google Translate servers for processing only when you enable the "Translate Text" function.
- Scope of Responsibility: Translation accuracy and real-time availability of the interface depend on the service provider. Users should review and agree to the respective provider's terms when using this feature.
4. Disclaimer
- Recognition accuracy may be affected by the device environment, accents, and microphone quality. The developer is not responsible for any data or business loss resulting from recognition errors.
- The software makes no absolute guarantee regarding fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation.
